  • Ticket status. Every call logged, timestamped, resolution notes. Your team pulls the history without asking us.
  • Custom Loom walkthroughs. If we've solved it once, we record it so you can solve it yourselves next time. Sometimes a 5-minute Loom is the whole fix — free of charge for contract clients.
  • Site documentation. As-builts, sequences, credentials, service history — scoped to your sites, permissioned to your people.
  • Training hours. Used vs. remaining. No surprises.
