- Custom Loom walkthroughs. If we've solved it once, we record it so you can solve it yourselves next time. Sometimes a 5-minute Loom is the whole fix — free of charge for contract clients.
- Site documentation. As-builts, sequences, credentials, service history — scoped to your sites, permissioned to your people.
- Training hours. Used vs. remaining. No surprises.
